I ended up having to return my order, and I can’t remember exactly why now, but the process was smooth. Support got back to me quickly, and the refund showed up a few days later. It wasn’t totally perfect, though I don’t really remember what the issue was, but overall they handled it fine

Ordering was simple, which I appreciated, but I still had to stay on top of taking it regularly and waiting to see results. That part felt like more effort than I wanted, honestly. After a little while though, I did notice I was feeling less tired most days, and the energy boost has been nice. I’d probably buy it again.

I ended up choosing Great Heights after comparing it with a few other dog foods, and it just felt like the more complete choice. Some of the other brands looked like they had a lot of filler or would need extra toppers or supplements, but this one seemed more balanced on its own. My dog eats it without any fuss, and I like not having to add a bunch of extras to feel like he’s getting what he needs. His energy has been good and his digestion seems solid so far. Overall, I’m really happy with it.

"Surprisingly, my picky kid takes it"
My son is picky. Like, notices the tiniest thing mixed into anything picky. So I didn’t have high hopes. But he’s been taking this without arguing, which almost never happens. No weird battle at the counter, no dramatic face. Just takes it and moves on. Shipping was fine too. So far, I’m happy with it

As someone who gets a little impatient when there’s an issue with an order, I was relieved that customer service replied faster than I expected. I had a question about my order, and it was nice not having to wait around forever for a response.

They did help with the main thing I needed, but it took a couple of messages before everything was fully clear. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience at all, just felt like the communication could’ve been a bit smoother.

I ordered from greatheights.com and the freshness seriously caught me off guard in the best way. Everything showed up tasting crisp and new, not like it had been trapped in some forgotten warehouse for a century.

Delivery was totally fine, no drama there, but the freshness was the real star of the show. After a few tragic letdowns from other sites, this felt like a tiny miracle. I’d definitely order again...

"Finally a kids vitamin I can feel calm about"

I’ve ordered from greatheights.com a few times now, and to their credit, the delivery has shown up when they said it would every single time. Tracking was straightforward enough, nothing went missing, and there weren’t any annoying delays to deal with. it’s a bit sad that this feels noteworthy these days, but here we are. Can’t really complain.
